One governed AI data solution

Zap AI is one governed, secured AI data solution for your employees and your AI agents. Zap AI works with Zap Data Hub and starts pre-built from your ERP. Two agents run on the Zap AI Platform: Zap AI Assistant, which answers questions from your reports and modifies them, and Zap AI Analyst, which performs analysis and creates reports for you. More agents are coming. Every agent answers from the same governed model your reports do.

Analytics across the whole business. AI connected straight to your ERP is well suited to operational work: raising an invoice, checking the status of an order, updating a customer record. Analytical work needs agreed definitions, data joined across systems, history and security, and that's what Zap provides. Zap AI brings data together, governs the definitions the business relies on, and makes answers checkable, whether the question comes from a person or from another AI tool.

Yes. Zap AI doesn't work out its own version of your numbers. It answers from the same governed model and the same definitions your reports use, with your dimensional security applied, and every answer links back to the report it came from, so you can see where any figure originates. Where a question genuinely has two valid answers, such as invoiced sales and shipped sales, the Assistant shows you both rather than picking one.

Yes. Your dimensional security is applied to every person who asks. Every Zap AI agent works as the signed-in user, within the permissions you have already set in Zap Data Hub. If someone can't see a company's or a region's data in their reports, they can't see it through Zap AI. If your users don't see the payroll reports, the AI agent won't see the payroll reports either. Through your account manager, who can tell you what's included for your plan and help your administrator switch it on. Zap AI works with Zap Data Hub. It only receives your data after an administrator has enabled data access in the platform; until then it answers from product documentation only, and no customer data is sent to the AI provider. If your Zap Data Hub is privately hosted, your account manager or your Zap partner can take you through the options.

Your warehouse data stays at rest in the Microsoft Azure region in which your instance is provisioned. When someone prompts the AI, Zap sends the data needed to answer that prompt, typically the results of a specific report or query, not a continuous feed, to our AI provider for processing in the United States by default. Your data isn't used to train the provider's general-purpose models; that's a contractual commitment. Zap keeps a copy of prompts and responses in its central data warehouse in Australia.

Zap AI Assistant is included with Zap Data Hub for eligible customers. Zap AI Analyst is an add-on for any Zap Data Hub plan. Zap AI works with Zap Data Hub. Your account manager or your Zap partner can take you through exactly what applies to you and what's included for your plan.

Both, with different agents. Zap AI Assistant works with the reports you already have: answering questions from them, modifying them one step at a time and checking any figure. When a question has two valid answers, the Assistant shows you both, using your company's definitions rather than its own. Zap AI Analyst does the analysis and creates the reports: give the Analyst a goal or a question, and the questions a good analyst would ask come first, then the build. In short, an assistant that answers and an analyst that does the work.

Zap AI is pre-built for Sage X3, Sage 100, Sage 300, Sage Intacct, SAP Business One, Syspro, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX and NAV, Wiise, and Xero. Zap AI works with Zap Data Hub, so the ERPs Zap supports today are covered. Where Zap Data Hub already brings your other sources together in one model, such as a CRM beside the ERP, Zap AI uses them together.
