What cookies/tracking technologies do we use?

Third party cookies enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through our websites and services, such as advertising, interactive content and analytics. They also enable us to use advertising networks to manage our advertising on other websites.

ZAP uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics – including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited – in order to compile reports and to help us improve the site.

ZAP may use Hotjar to track our users and the pages they visit using a first-party cookie. Cookies that Hotjar stores on an individual’s browser expire automatically after 365 days. Use of Intercom services
We use Zendesk to provide our ‘Ask us a question’ tool, Zendesk installs one cookie to understand visitor and user preferences, improve user experience and to track and analyze usage, navigational and other statistical information.
We use a third-party cookie from Wistia to resume video playback, if interrupted. To learn more about the cookies Wistia uses click here.
ZAP uses LinkedIn to advertise our services. Cookies may be used at times to see whether someone who saw an ad later came back to the site and or took action. Similarly, LinkedIn partners may use a cookie to determine whether an ad has been shown and how it performed, or to provide information about how you interact with ads.
