GOOGLE ADWORDS

This website uses the Google Remarketing Service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

MARKETING TRACKING

ZAP uses cookies to ensure individuals who use this website have the best possible experience. To stop ZAP tracking your website activity see ‘How do I stop all cookies?’ below.

SUMO

Sumo uses cookies to control many different things in users’ browsers. These cookies control everything from determining if a visitor is opted-out of a certain popup to telling Sumo whether to display a pop-up. Once a user has seen the pop-up, this cookie will expire, and they will not be able to see any further pop-ups.

HOTJAR

ZAP may use Hotjar to track our users and the pages they visit using a first-party cookie. Cookies that Hotjar stores on an individual’s browser expire automatically after 365 days. USE OF INTERCOM SERVICES

We use third-party analytics services to help understand your usage of our services. ZENDESK
