Global Sales Operations Specialist

ZAP is looking for an exceptional, individual to assist with all areas of Sales Operations within our Global Sales team. This individual will be willing to work hard to achieve the company’s goals to help grow their career and the organization as a whole as part of a global team.

Responsibilities

• Able to work effectively in light of new information and changing environments/situations
• Performs sales support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency in corporate operational processes and procedures for the global sales team.
• Documents all information in Dynamics CRM with a focus on accuracy within opportunities, leads, contacts, and activities
• Serves as a liaison between the company’s internal sales and marketing resources and customers. Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipates our customers’ requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner.
• Order Processing: processes routine/ smaller customer orders accurately and timely by reviewing and producing sales orders and processing with finance and support
• Interface with marketing to support local event administration in multiple global regions (North America, EMEA, APAC)
• Customer Service and Service Requests. Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests for information relative to orders and engagements.
• Can do attitude, taking ownership of problems and maintaining positive focus
• Works at a consistent pace and can remain calm and deliver under pressure
• Must be flexible, assertive and proactive
• Clear, logical approach to problem-solving
• Accuracy focused but also able to see the bigger picture and investigate sales information

Requirements:

• Based in Tampa, FL
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Software sales support experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
