ZAP’s Customer Success team recently asked our product consultants around the world for the tips and tricks they use when helping customers rethink and reboot their reporting, after having installed ZAP Data Hub and one its Dynamics reporting, Sage reporting and/or Salesforce reporting solutions.

1 – Consider the user journey
