Hi Chris, first things first… Where do you come from and where do you live? I’ve lived in Brisbane (Australia) most of my whole life, apart from a 5 year stint in Los Angeles.
What does your job entail? In a nutshell, managing the development, support, IT, documentation and training teams.
What is a typical day like? I like to spend a few hours of the day working on hands-on tasks such as assisting with tickets, platform and feature design or documentation. The rest gets filled out with discussions, planning and (hopefully) enabling our teams.
What’s a common question you get from customers? Where can I get one of those, “I love it when you talk data to me” T-shirts?
What do you like most about your job? It’s hard to pick one thing, but I particularly enjoy the problem solving element of my role, and also the people I work with, they’re great.
What do you like to do when you aren’t working? Spending time with the family, listening to and making music and exercising.
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know? I am a classical pianist and I occasionally dabble in electronic music production.

What’s your signature dish? Fish burritos.
