BI Workloads and How They Change in the Cloud

ZAP to lead an additional session at Atlanta 2018 Azure DataFest next week

We previously announced that ZAP will be speaking at Atlanta 2018 Azure DataFest, and the event has now announced our Chief Evangelist, Trey Johnson will lead an additional session.

Join us on Thursday 16 August at 1pm for “BI Workloads and How They Change in the Cloud,” in addition to ZAP’s presentation that will kick off the entire event at 9am: “A Whistlestop Tour of Microsoft SQL Server and Azure BI Offerings.”

“Your organization has made a conscious choice that everything should move to the cloud! You own the current BI workloads for your business, and you are not sure what that means? If so, this session is for you.”

“We’ll explore in depth the workloads around ETL/ELT,” Trey Johnson explains, “plus Data Warehousing and various other forms of data storage to support BI, and the role of Azure Analysis Services to support your users. We’ll also talk about data security and governance and managing your data outside of your four walls.”
